We want every package from The Midnight Readers Society Mail Club to feel special.
Subscription Boxes
Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our monthly mail club, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billing has been processed and production has begun.
If you wish to cancel your subscription:
- You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previously processed subscription payments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund where appropriate
Shop Purchases
For non-subscription shop purchases, EU customers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, except for personalized, custom-made, or otherwise exempt items under applicable consumer protection laws.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

- Custom-made products
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Subscription boxes already processed or shipped
